What photo works best?+
A sharp, well-lit photo where each face (or your pet's face) is clearly visible. If your photo won't work well, we'll email you before doing anything — you're never charged for an unusable photo.
Do I see the design before you print?+
Always! We email you a preview of your custom design and only start printing once you say yes.
How long does it take?+
Everything is made to order in our Australian studio. Your estimated dispatch window is shown before you pay, and we email tracking when it ships.
Is it kid-friendly?+
Kits suit ages 5+ with a grown-up nearby — they include small parts and acrylic paints. Full safety info is in every box.
What if something isn't right?+
If your order arrives damaged or isn't what you approved, tell us and we'll make it right. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law always apply.
