Questions, answered
How long does my personalised order take?
Every piece is made to order. We usually print, finish and dispatch within 3–6 business days, then Australia Post delivery time on top. If you need it by a certain date, tell us in the order notes and we'll confirm.
Can I change the name after ordering?
Yes — as long as we haven't started printing. Email hello@printmymoment.store with your order reference as soon as you can and we'll update the spelling for you.
What sizes are available?
Our everyday designs are available in 16 cm and 21 cm. Today's prices (15% daily deal already applied): Bows & Stars is $38.24 at 16 cm or $50.99 at 21 cm. Butterfly & Flowers is $42.49 at 16 cm or $55.24 at 21 cm. Crown, Moon & Bunny is $50.99 at 16 cm or $63.74 at 21 cm. Space Adventure is $44.95 at 16 cm. The limited Halloween Ghosts design is 20 cm and $49.99.
What colours can I choose?
Choose separate included colours for the capital and the name from White, Blush Pink, Lavender, Baby Blue, Cream, Beige, Red, Orange and Yellow.
Are the products suitable for children's rooms?
Yes. They're designed as shelf and wall décor with smooth, rounded edges and a matte finish. They aren't toys, so we recommend keeping them out of reach of babies and toddlers.
Can I order a custom design?
Absolutely. If you'd like a theme we don't list yet — dinosaurs, space, safari, ocean, pets or Australian animals — email us and we'll quote a custom piece.
